Campus visiting and freezing cold!

I went to visit my campus yesterday. Having been in NH for nearly couple of weeks, I didn't get any chance to get back to my campus at all, so finally I decided to go there for a short visit yesterday. The weather was so pretty, but freezing cold. I couldn't stay outside longer than 5 minutes.

I went to the coffee shop Breaking New Ground (which my friends always called Breaking New England) to have some coffee, then went to my favorite grocery store DUMP for some cookies. Campus is still the same after a year, but you could see a lot of new faces. I had lunch with couple of friends in MUB, and during the lunch, we talked about different culture, people, movies, and etc, which is quite enjoyable.

There will be some hockey games in my campus this weekend, hopefully, I could get some tickets. UNH has strong hockey team, but I never got chance to see their performance, hopefully, this time I could see it.

Busy weekend~

I was standing on the summit of Mt.Major, see the big frozen lake in front of me, it is frozen Lake Winnepesaukee. My hand was freezing when I held my camera.

The whole last week was quite busy for me, especially weekend. Excited for being back to NH, I wanted to hang around everywhere; making plans for Boston, Chicago, Portland; watching movies; going to concert at Rochester Opera House; and etc.

I went to Lake Winnepesaukee (NH) with my friend last Saturday, it was so pretty cause the lake was completely frozen. We could walk there and see the holes digged for fishing. Fish houses were built on the surface of the lake, and some people tried to land private helicopter on the lake. It is so pretty. Imagine the whole big lake become frozen, cool~ Then we drove to Mt. Major for hiking. According to the weather forecast, it should be partly cloudy that day, and when we left the lake, it was still sunny, so we thought it would be a nice day for hiking. We parked the car, and followed the trail to the top of the mountain. Mt. Major: 1124 ft. and the trail: 4 miles. At the beginning, everything was nice: weather was sunny, trail was quite flat covered with thick snow, we were energetic. Well, life wasn't always easy. When we got close to the top, it started snowing with huge wind, until we got to the summit, it was actually snow storm. However, the view was so pretty on the top, we could see the whole view of Lake Winnepesaukee. If it was sunny, I wouldn't want to leave the summit: mountains covered with snow, and a whole frozen big lake under you. Amazing~

It took us nearly 4 hours to finish the whole trail, and after we went back to the parking lot, we were totally wet and exhausted. I like hiking, but I never go hiking during the snow. It was a nice experience, but you need courage to do that, cause on our way back to the bottom, the trail became so steep and slippery. I fell down several times, but it was fun.

Yesterday, the weather was so pretty, so I went to York Beach to see the Light House. It wasn't that cold, but when you got close to the ocean, it was quite windy. Walking in the beach was one of my favorite activities. I always feel I am close to my friend on the other side of Atlantic Ocean when I walk in the beach here, imagine her Piggy Zoo. Light House was so pretty under the sunshine. As the tide wasn't high at this time of the year, some people climbed up to the Light House. I wanted to try that too, but I haven't recovered from Saturday's exhausting hiking, and my legs were still pain. I tried to climb a little bit, but finally gave up.

It was a great weekend, but now my whole body pains, especially my legs. Without doing excises for quite a while, I did too much last whole week. I shouldn't be that excited. Maybe I don't have much time to be in this country, I want to do everything within a very short period of time, and bring the whole NH back with me. The weather here was always changing recently. Before I wrote this post, it was sunny, now it is snowing heavily. Funny weather, and exhausted Yinster.

Drive safe!

Alas, just got a sad news from my friend in NYC. One of my friends had a horrible car accident in Rochester, NY last weekend. She went there to attend her friend's wedding. On their way to the wedding ceremony, they got a car accident. My friend's neck was seriously hurt, not sure how others were. Although nobody was dead, most people were seriously injured. To all my friends, please drive safe, it is really dangerous to drive. Pray, God bless her!

Back to NH~

I finally went back to NH again last Sunday night. NYC was snowing at that time, but it didn't affect our driving, cause it started snowing after we left the city. Right before I left NYC, I stopped by Central Park at 90th Street, which was quiet and pretty. Lakes were frozen, and I could walk on the ice. I always prefer the far north part of the Central Park, because most tourists went to the south part at 59th Street, and they got exhausted near 70th Street when they tried to walk towards north, which left the whole north part to New Yorkers.

My last weekend at NYC was splendid. I went to see another Broadway musical with my friend last Saturday night Mamma Mia, which is so good. All the music in it came from ABBA's songs. I like ABBA's music, especially Mamma Mia and Dancing Queen. Before the show, I went to MOMA to see some modern arts. Generally, I prefer Metropolitan Museum to MOMA, cause I like traditional oil paintings, but MOMA had an exhibition of the construction progress of CCTV buildings. I like our Central TV Station and always dream to work for them. Unfortunately, I am not a journalist or news person. The construction speed of our country is amazingly fast. I felt so proud of that.

On the way back, we stopped by Yale University at New Haven. I always want to see its campus, especially their library, where Bill met Hilary, but when we got there, it was too dark to see everything clearly. After leaving NH for a year, it is really nice to go back again. Everything is still the same in NH, it seems the time stopped here. It isn't that cold here this year, and rivers are defrosting, spring is not far away now. Hopefully, I still have time to catch the first view of spring.

Goodbye NYC, and my roommate's tears~

Well, time flies and it is time for me to leave NYC now. Living in this famous city for half a year, I did kinda like this city a lot, and felt lucky that I had this opportunity. The first impression of this city wasn't that good, dirty, polluted, busy, crowded, and etc. However, as a big city with tons of thousands people living in it, what else could you expect? As I live here longer, I find so many interesting things in this city. It is not a place you could fall in love with at the first sight, it is a city you need to stay longer in order to feel its fantasy. Except Broadway's musical, and fifth avenue's fancy stores, there are many other interesting things going on in this city, such as some Irish pubs, Grand Central gallary, MOMA, furniture store on east 14th Street, all different kinds of restaurants, and etc. It is also famous for cheesecake, chestnuts, cup cake, hot dog. You always could find something new here. Maybe leaving makes me miss this city a lot, just like one of my friends said "Haven't left this place, but start missing it." That's exactly what I feel now.

My roommate went out with me a lot recently, and we spent a lot of time together, but we still had a lot of plans haven't been fulfilled. I promise her to make our plans come true sometime in future if I've ever had chance to go back to this city. She starts crying now, which makes me feel sad. My roommate is like my guardian. She would call me if she came back home without seeing me around, she would worry about me if I caught a cold or felt sick, we made good food together to celebrate some happy things in our lives, we shared some good books we've read and watched TV together. Oh, don't cry. We will see each other again sometime, somewhere, and somehow. Thanks for being my company.

I put three different things together here, it is not because they have some connections, but because I went to these places within the same day. I enjoy my winter break in NYC and find that NYC is pretty cool place to stay. It is not the city you could like it by 1 or 2 weeks' sightseeing, but a place you need to stay longer and feel its culture, international, and change.

I went to Theodore Roosevelt birthplace with my friend yesterday. It is in East 280, 20th Street. Theodore was born there in Oct.27th, 1858, who occupied White House for 3 times before U.S. changed Constitution that each president could only be elected twice. I don't quite know Theodore before I went to his birthplace, but I knew his wife a little bit from Hillary's book "Living History". Elliot Roosevelt was a very strong First Lady, who partially created current NYC. My current living area Sunnyside is one of her contributions. Normally, First Lady keeps herself away from politics and tries to become a housewife, like current Mrs.Bush. But Elliot had strong political opinion, which also influenced her husband and made herself famous in history. Well, her intervention wasn't unwelcomed at that time. I don't know how Americans think about Roosevelt, but I guess they must think highly of him, otherwise, they won't elect him three times. There is a funny story when I walked around his birthplace. It is a story about "Teddy Bear". Once, people captured a bear and asked him to shot it, but Theodore couldn't do it, so they named that bear as "Teddy Bear", and made it a famous toy around the world. I like Teddy Bear and also got one for myself before, but I never knew the name came from Roosevelt.

In east 14th Street, there is a Karayoke place, and you could sing both Chinese and English songs there. The quality is not as good as the one in my city, but it is still cool to see Karayoke in NYC. I went into and tried with my friends, and it was a fun thing to do. We enjoyed a lot. Then, we went to a very good restaurant at 11 Madison Park. Their dessert is so good and I can't stop eating. Year of Pig, and Queen of the night!

By using EST, today is the Chinese New Year, also called Spring Festival, year of Pig. Wish all my friends, family members have a happy, healthy new year. I am glad that you are all around me no matter where I am. Thanks, everyone.

I went to Fifth Avenue yesterday to buy some new year presents for myself. I got face cream, lip stick, and etc from Saks Fifth Avenue, then I went to Junior Bakery to get my favourite cheesecake. I also went to MOMA (museum) to get a special designed ice-cream scoop, and stopped by Barns & Nobles to get a classical fiction for my roommate. I expected Manhattan to have a parade for Chinese New Year, but I didn't see any sign of it, disappointed~ Well, my new year shopping is nice.

Last Friday night, I went to an Irish club with my roommate to see our friend's band. Our friend Robert is the main singer of that band, who also plays trumpet very well. He is a very cute guy, Vegetarian, never drinks any alcohol (even beer). He has a full-time job somewhere in NJ, and uses his spare time to play his music in some nice clubs in NYC. He had a performance in a Texas-styled pub couple of weeks ago and also invited us to go, but it was raining at that time and both of us were lazy to go out. Last Friday was his last performance in NYC in Feb, so if I missed it again, I've never had chance to see it, so I got over my laziness. The whole performance lasted about 2 hours, we had a splendid time there. He also taught me how to dance, and got me a very nice book for my leaving present. In his last song "Got our life", he changed the original lyrics, and wished me have a nice trip back to China. Everyone in that club gave me their wishes, which made me feel that I was the Queen of that night. Thanks, Robert! I hope I could hear your music again.

V-Day with snow storm

Yeah, it is snowing in NYC. Cheers!!! The snow started last night and it is still snowing heavily now, together with huge winds. We haven't got snow for a while, last time it was at the end of Jan, but only flurries. The whole northeast States are covered with snow. Snow storm finally came to northeatern, Kingdom of Snow. I got so excited last night when I saw the heavy snow, and called several friends, but their reactions were quite peaceful. They even laughed at my childish. Well, I love snowing. It makes the world pure and clean. I always hope that the snow could bring something back to my life, but it never happens.

Today is Valentine's Day. I never paid attention of this day, but it seems a big event in NYC. Streets are decorated with fake roses, advertisements are everywhere for this festival. Well, I guess the snow storm will bring a lot of inconveniences for those lovers if they want to hang out today, but it is also very romantic if you date someone duirng the heavy snow. It reminds me a sad Korean TV Show "Winter Sonata". It is a very normal day for me, working on my packing. I don't have a date to expect, but I know there will be someone, somewhere and somehow.

I got my V-Day presents from my roommate, a book and a box of candy. It is funny that getting presents from roommate on V-Day. Well, I love them a lot. I also started a big project I promised my friends long time ago, uploading my pics. I will send the link onto this blog soon. I also plan another revolution today, updating my blog more frequently. I was lazy and always found excuses not updating it, such as work, exams, parties. Now it is the time for me to conquer my idleness.

Play, Surprise, and Packing

I went to see a play last night with my roommate around 7:30pm. It is H.G.Brown's "The Lady Swims Today". It is an on-stage show, presented in Richmond Shepard Theatre. The play is pretty cool, because it is a small stage with 100 audiences around the stage, so you could be very close to the stage and see the performance clearly, even actress's tears. My roommate's boyfriend Robert Funaro is the main actor in this show, so we could get very good seats face to the stage. I even got the chance to meet all the actors and actresses of the play, and talked to them in person. It was really a nice experience.

After the play around 10:30pm, we went to a restaurant in East 23rd street, Broadway to have our late dinner, another actor in this play went to dinner together with us. We talked about the play, and my roommate and I gave them some suggestions about their performance. Right before we said good night to each other and went back home, the actor went together with us invited me to come to his play again and wanted to have dinner with me. He also expressed his feelings to me, who thought I was adorable and smart. I was so surprised at that time and didn't know how to answer. It was the first time I met a guy who told me he likes me so directly and quickly. I am so inexperienced for this situation. I could only appreciate his nice feelings to me, but I only have couple of weeks to be in this city, what's the point?

I started packing yesterday, which makes me feel sad. I did have a good time in this country during 2.5 years, and I met a lot of nice people, had nice friends, "parents". Although it is not my country, I still like it. America is not a perfect country, but nothing is perfect in this universe.

Sleepless in NYC~

Last night around 11pm, there was a strong smell all over our apartment. It smelt like gas, which scared me and my roommate. We suspected that the gas was leaking. We checked our stove several times to make sure it was closed, but the smell was still there. Finally, we called maintenance man to come over and check it for us around the midnight. Well, he couldn't find anything wrong. We opened all the windows to make sure we could get some fresh air. When I went bed, it was freezing cold inside my bedroom. I used all my blankets to keep myself warm, but I still couldn't fall asleep. I worried that I would die because of the gas leak, and I even thought that this event might become top news of NYC the next day.

I finally fell asleep around 3 or 4am, I wasn't quite sure, but one of my stupid friends called me at 6:30am this morning to make sure I was still alive. Well, after that phone call, I couldn't go back to sleep anymore. It isn't that romantic like the movie "Sleepless in Seattle". Alas, make sure to switch off your cell when you sleep. I normally switch off my cell right before I go to bed, but I kept it on last night in case I might call 911. Well, the whole thing went wrong. This morning, we called the manager of our apartment and finally figured out where the smell came from. They painted the floor of our building's lobby, so the smell came from the wax. At least, they should put a note to inform us. Weird~

I went to see a documentary film with my friend last weekend. It talks about the priest sexual abusing children in Christian church, which is kinda disgusting. It destroys people's faith, so if you heard about that film, don't see it in order to keep your faith. Oh, this year's Super Bowl was over last Sunday, I guess people came from Chicago would be very disappointed. Well, I am not a big fan of American football, but I like the advertisement during the match, which is pretty cool~

Skiing

Oh, my recent life is busy and splendid, maybe because it is close to the time I leave U.S. I always had nightmare recently about saying goodbye to my friends here. I woke up suddenly and felt scared. Anyway, I am still in U.S, so just enjoy my life at this moment.

I went back to NH again last weekend, which I didn't suppose to, but my friend's party invitation attracted me. I went to NH on Friday late night and caught the ending of that party, getting some nice Japanese food. I went skiing at Mount Sunapee with 4 other people, 3 of whom could ski very well. This was the first time for me to ski and I had no idea about it, I even didn't know how to put my ski boots on. It was embarrassing that my friend had to help me to wear my ski boots. I stayed in bunny slope to learn the basic technique of skiing, even the bunny slope is steep for me. Skiing isn't easy at all, especially when you are not a kid anymore. I fell down twice because I couldn't control my body very well, and I can't even stop sliding. When I fell down, I couldn't even stand up with my ski boots on. It took me a long time to get up. Fortunately, both my friends and people there were nice to me, they taught me how to ski patiently, and even strangers gave me some hints on how to get up with your ski boots on. I like people there, they are very nice, gentle, and friendly.

I went to a pub in Dover with my friends on Saturday night. There was a local jazz band, the main singer of that band was great. Her voice is beautiful. All the people there enjoyed her performance and every young people in that pub danced together, even we didn't know each other. It is like a big party, which is pretty cool. NH is freezing cold recently, and I finally saw snowing there last weekend. I was so tired last whole weekend, but I had a lot of fun with my friends. My "parents" went back to NYC from their wonderful trip yesterday, and we had a very nice dinner at a Japanese restaurant in Times Square. I love their sushi, sashimi and seaweed salad. Thanks, "Dad" and "Mom".

I strongly suggest others to go skiing sometime, it is a fun thing to do. But if you don't know how to ski, you'd better going either with your Dad or with your boyfriend. Either way you will feel safe and enjoy. Or if your friends are not that mean to you, you could go with your friends either.

PB and 24 are coming back

Exciting news for those TV fans: the second half of Prison Break and Sixth Season of 24 Hours were coming back to FOX last night and last weekend, separately. FOX showed the first 4 episodes of 24 within 2 days, which is pretty cool. I can't say the sixth season of 24 is very good, but better than I expected, still having some surprises although I don't quite like them, such as Jack shot Cutis. I guess Cutis wanted to end up his contract with 24, that's why the director had to let him die, same story as last season with Tony. Well, this season is still attractive. I just worry that if the terrorists also watch this show, they could learn a lot from it, such as the way American government works, FBI and CIA's functions, and CTU's importance. That's kinda dangerous. lol~

Oh, my favorite PB was coming back either, I finally saw Michael Scofield. Now everything becomes more interesting. I kinda like Alexander Mahone. He always could find where Michael is and what his next plan gonna be. If Michael is smart, he is no less than him at all. He is forced to chase Michael, but he is a good man, nice husband and great Dad. He loves his wife, his family and even his job. He made a mistake, which resulted in his lost of normal life. I felt pity for him, but he did a good job. It is a very good game between cats and mice. I expected to see Sarah last night, but she still didn't show up. I guess I have to wait for another one or two weeks. I want her to be with Michael, which is the only way to protect herself.

Wentworth Miller was casting Michael Scofield in PB. He is pretty cool guy in real life either. His Dad was Rhodes Scholar, and he was born in England in 1972. He graduated from Princeton University and left to LA for his acting dream. I normally thought actors and actresses were not intelligent people, but he changed my stereotype for them. That's why he could do a good job as Michael, who graduated with his MS degree in Engeering at University of Chicago in PB. ABC's Brothers and Sisters become more interesting. I am now completely addicted to it and also influenced my roommate, who is now fond of that show either. You'd better not watching TV together with me, otherwise, I will keep you in front of TV every night. Winter is coming now, we got the first snow couple of days ago, only flurries, but freezing cold.

It's their present for my Chinese Mom. Guess what it is inside the box: stamps, a whole box of stamps. Oh, my Mom gonna be so excited when she gets them.

Imagine how awesome it will be if your parents visit you when you are abroad alone. I experienced this wonderful moment last Thursday. My American "parents" visited me in NYC last Thursday. We met each other at noon time and took "handsome cab" to travel around Central Park. "Handsome cab" is a traditional four-seat carriage driven by horse. Then we went to the animal zoo inside Central Park. We had Japanese food for dinner (I love Japanese food, and I ate a lot that night, lolz~) and saw a funny show in Broadway "Spelling Bee". I like this show, which is so funny. It talks about the contest between teenagers. They have to give the right spelling based on the pronunciation of each word. I suddenly realized how poor my English was after watching this show. I could hardly spell any words they asked during the show.

Just like every parent, they brought me a lot of cookies and presents. I can't believe there are so wonderful American couple in this world if I stayed in China. I am not writing a fairy tale here, I know it is not easy to believe, but it is the truth. Oh, I felt warm when they were here, even though the weather was freezing cold that day. Thanks for my "parents" visiting. My stomach is happy now because of their cookies.

Happy New Year, 2007!

Same time last year, I created my blog, and I continued writing my blog for a year. Well done, Yinster. New year is coming, and hope I have more adventures this year, meeting more people and having more friends. I wish I have a more colorful life in 2007, expecting something good happen to me.

I got "holiday effect" again. Whenever there is a holiday, I will get so excited and enjoy my days off, after that, I usually get headache. I had a headache right after Thanksgiving, now it comes again, and this time, it is even worse. My stomach got sick, I felt sleepy all day, and I couldn't fall asleep during night even though I was sleepy. What should I do? (Sighing~)

My new year holiday was crazy. I went to a party with my friend. People came from different nationalities: Russian, Taiwanese, African, German, American, and Chinese. We had food from different countries, and the dessert was still Tiramisu. I love it a lot. I got lost somewhere in NYC when my friend drove me back on New Year Eve, and it was raining at that time. I am really bad at direction, especially during night. I had to stay in a friend's apartment with other 4 people, because it was the only place we could find that night. We watched a weird movie that night until 5am, New Year Day. We also saw a lot of New Yorkers celebrate 2007 in Times Square at midnight.

New Year Day in NYC was raining heavily, so we stayed at home to watch another film. This film is great. It talks about the true stories of German National Team during 2006 World Cup. There are a lot of interviews of German players, their coach, and etc. Oh, I love German National Team, they are awesome. I got so excited when I saw my favorite soccer players, Ballack, Clinsmann, Kahn, Frings, and etc. After these crazy two days, the holiday effect comes. I can't get up the next day, and my brain doesn't work at all. I feel so sleepy even now, but if I lie down on my bed, I can't fall asleep. That feeling is really awful. I guess one of my friends is right. I should attend less party, and have a normal peaceful life, which is good for my health.

Couple of my friends will visit me next week in NYC. I should recover soon, otherwise, I don't have energy to go out with them and enjoy the nice musical in Broadway. Headache, please leave me alone.

Christmas in Cleveland, Ohio

My Christmas holidays are quickly gone, and I am now back to NYC again. Oh, I still felt that I was in Cleveland. I spent 4 days with my friends there. The trip was awesome. I went to Cleveland on the 24th, Christmas Eve and we had nice fish, duck and cheesecake that night. I visited my friend's campus (Case Western Reserve University) and Cleveland downtown on Christmas Day. Cleveland is pretty, similar to Boston, and well-organized. I love that quiet, neat city.

We drove to Niagara Falls on the 26th. The weather wasn't that good, but it didn't ruin our trip. Niagara Falls are beautiful, difficult to describe. It is just amazing. 3 different falls get together and show us the beauty of nature. I got so excited when I saw the falls. Unfortunately, the sightseeing boat wasn't running that day for the safty reason, but we still got chance to go to the bottom of the falls, where we could get very close to the falls. In order to take pictures of the falls, and enjoyed the nice view, I got completely wet for my body. The water was freezing cold, and I nearly took a shower with iced cold water. Pictures will show up soon. Oh, I love the nature. I hope I could see the summer view and night view of Niagara Falls in future.

Maybe I got too excited that day, I fell asleep when we drove back to Cleveland, but nice Korean barbecue woke me up. On the 27th, I went to Outlet with my friends for shopping. Girls like shopping, that's the general rule. Got some nice clothes for myself, together with some kitchen utilities. It is weird that I like kitchen utility a lot and always buy a lot, although I seldom use them, and as everyone knows, my cooking technique is awful. Oh, my silly friend in Cleveland is good at cooking, I love her food. We also went to Little Italy in Cleveland, and had hot chocolate with Tiramisu. I love Italian sweeties, especially Tiramisu and some Italian pastry.

I came back to NYC yesterday although I hope I could stay in Cleveland for the rest of my life. Happy time is always short. Well, New Year will be around the corner. I don't think I gonna go to Time Square to celebrate New Year Eve together with many New Yorkers, but I guess I should make some plans at NYC either. Wish all my friends, parents, and myself have a nice 2007. Hope some good things happen to me next year. Thank you, silly Jing, you gave me a wonderful Christmas. Happy birthday to my Dad, you will receive a lot of unpaid bills from me as your birthday presents, lolz~ What a terrible daughter I am.

One year anniversary

Just a short post to memorize at the same time last year, I did the most stupid, funny, brave thing in U.S. I've ever done in my life. Time passes so fast. It is already a year, and I am still proud of what I did at that moment, although I hope I could do it earlier.

Don't judge people based on their nationalities~

Usually, we have some stereotypes about people from different countries, such as we normally think Americans are more open and talkative; French are romantic; Russians like drinking Vodka; and etc. Well, it is not always the case.

Most foreigners here I knew all thought Chinese people are quiet and shy. Yes, some Chinese are, I admit, but not all, such as myself. Chinese are vivid and funny if they are with their friends, but not with strangers. Compared to Americans, Chinese are generally shy and quiet. It is a nice trait from our history and culture. Unfortunately, it never happens to me and some of my friends. We just could talk 24-hour a day even with strangers. How about shy? Yes, it did happen to me sometimes when I met a person for the first time, but not always.

What do you think about Germans? Most people will give me an answer like humorless, serious, etc. I sadly realize recently that it is not always the case either. I had a German friend (or acquaintance maybe), he is far more funny than me. I even failed to make fun of him or fool him. So my conclusion here is that don't judge people based on their nationalities, otherwise, you will always make mistakes or even make yourself stupid.

Christmas is around corner, this is the third Christmas I spent in this country. Each Christmas is quite different for me, this time, I am heading up to Cleveland, Ohio. Oh, time flies, I can't believe 2006 is nearly gone. Woo~ ~ ~ Merry Christmas to all my friends.

Fall season TV Shows~

This season's TV shows are disappointing. It doesn't mean those TV shows are bad, but the Broadcasting companies are sucks. Fox announced that they gonna stop showing Prison Break last Monday without any reason. Second season of Prison Break is awesome, but Fox only showed half of the season and promise to show the second from Jan.22nd, 2007. I don't understand why Fox always did this kind of stupid things. They showed half of season one of Prison Break last fall, then showed the whole season again last spring. Now they repeat the same story. It is only on air once a week. For all the fans, we have to wait for a week to see only one episode, now they completely stopped. When it comes to next spring, who gonna still remember what they are talking about in the first half of season two? It is just ridiculous.

Besides Fox, ABC is sucks too. They showed previous episode of Desperated Housewife and Brothers and Sisters last night. It wasn't a mistake. I don't understand why they did that on purpose even without an announcement. At least, Fox announced the decision on their website. I even don't know whether they gonna show the new episode next week or still previous one. Moreover, they did a great advertisement for Six Degree. You even could see its advertisement inside the subway, now they stop showing Six Degree without any explanation. They completely messed up this fall season.

First birthday out of campus!

We had a dinner in a Greek restaurant called "Uncle Nick's" in Manhattan right after Thanksgiving. The food there was so good, especially Greek feta cheese, and we all love Greek food.

It is my birthday again. I can't believe that I am already 26. Woo~ ~ ~ sighing. Many friends asked me how I gonna celebrate my birthday, actually, I have no idea. I was so tied and overwhelmed during Thanksgiving and before Thanksgiving. I hung out with my friends everywhere in NYC during Thanksgiving, watching broadway musical "Phantom of the Opera", having all different kinds of food, and etc. I also organized a party at my home for them. We drank a lot and went to pub to enjoy the light music. We had so much fun together. Now the result comes~ I had a bad headache. Today is my first birthday after I got out of school, and I have a headache. What could I do? Lying down on my bed, dreaming a good future, hopefully. By the way, I am a terrible party organizer, and I will never organize a party anymore. But I will join the party if someone invites me. lolz~
